Refund policy

This is a made to order digital product. If the order has already been completed, we are unable to offer a 'change of mind' refund. 

However, should there ever be a concern with your invitation, specifically if the product is 'not as described' and we are unable to resolve this for you, then we will process a complete refund and will advise you when this has been initiated. The invitation link will also be removed. We will always attempt to address anything within our control in the first instance and would work with you in good faith. 

Please note, we are unable to assist you with specific technical support for your guests viewing platform either phone, tablet or computer. They would need to contact support services for their specific device. We are not responsible for any issues pertaining to internet quality or hardware issues.
