How it works
1. Choose your photos
We use images and angles you supply of your venue to capture it in all its beauty. We also talk and plan with you upfront to decide fonts, music colors and more. As this is a custom design, we can take our invitation in a number of directions.
2. We'll get creating
Our studio has a great pool of talent, and we'll show you your invitation as still images, and video, at various stages to ensure it's exactly what you are looking for. You'll have a dedicated watercolour artist and professional animator working closely on your design.
3. Flexible delivery options
Once your custom invitation is ready, it can easily be downloaded, ready to send to your guests via your preferred message service, or social media platform. Alternatively, we can create a matching webpage for you to host your video, incorporating an online rsvp and more.
Motion Stamp offers bespoke designs with a variety of options available so that your Save the Date, Wedding or Event Invitation is exactly how you want it. We use a watercolour painting approach on all our custom 'venue themed' wedding invitations, but are open to other looks and styles if requested. Such as an artistic sketch or hand drawn cartoon treatment.
From here we take it into the digital realm and bring your illustrated wedding invitations to life with animation, as though it is being painted on before your eyes. It's then turned into a high resolution video, which can easily be sent to any guest in the world.
We also have font and music options available so that you can get exactly the look and feel for your special events theme.
Your personal watercolor painter and animator will work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that everything is perfect before your custom venue wedding invitation is ready for your guests.

Perfect for destination weddings, or events where the location holds special meaning. Use our music catalogue and font collection to help further personalize. Everything is flexible with our design service.
Custom Illustrated Website Design
Looking for an elegant and more effective way to manage your special event outside of emails and online calendars? You have the option to host your entire event through your own dedicated Motion Stamp web page, including online RSVP, venue map link, hotel booking links and guest registry options. We can even include links to your Wedding song playlists and social media pages. As well as taking your bespoke watercolor art and including in the web design.
Otherwise, we make it very easy to download and send your illustrated wedding invitation through your favorite message app, such as WhatsApp or Messenger.
No problem! Seamlessly embed your Motion Stamp animated venue invitation directly onto your existing website. No downloads necessary - simply use our Vimeo host link for easy integration.
Our custom-drawn wedding invitations are compatible with leading wedding website builders, including With Joy, The Knot, Appy Couple, Zola, and more.
Pricing and Timeline
Please allow 3-5 weeks for a full creation process including revisions. Below we have a helpful price guide in US Dollars.
ARTWORK
Each venue artwork is $190 US dollars, and takes 2-3 weeks to create. This includes any revisions needed, and a high resolution art file setup for printing.
ANIMATION
Each unique slide of animation is $135 US dollars each.
As the artwork is the feature, it's great to have it take up most of the frame. Therefore it's a good idea to have a number of animation slides before and after the artwork to give your guests all the invitation details. We also love taking design elements from your venue image and use those throughout the invitation design, creating one cohesive peice.
There is no set number of slides, however, we would recommend a minimum of 3 slides in total. This could include for example
1. An opening slide of your names.
2. The artwork and location details.
3. The full wedding invitation details.
OPTIONAL WEBPAGE
A custom created webpage and rsvp is $50 US dollars.
Motion Stamp creates beautilful webpages that can host your invitation, include further event details and also include a complimentary matching online rsvp. We take artwork from the invitation and use this in your webpage and rsvp form design.
FREE & PURCHASED MUSIC OPTIONS
Motion Stamp is required to use music that has a commercial license. As a result, we have created a wonderful music library of different themed music, which is included in the invitation price. However, if you would like a track that is different, we suggest using the Premium Beat music library. They have many beautiful tracks, all coming with a license, which under copyright law we are required to have.
Each track from Premium beat is $50 US dollars.
