CUSTOM INVITATIONS & RSVP WEBPAGES
Motion Stamp invitations and RSVP webpages are personalised digital products created specifically for your event using the information, colours, fonts, music and other selections you provide.
Production begins after your order has been placed.
By placing an order, you expressly request that Motion Stamp commence work on your personalised digital product before the expiry of any applicable statutory withdrawal period. You acknowledge that, where permitted under applicable consumer law, personalised products and digital content created to your specifications may not be eligible for cancellation, return or withdrawal once production has commenced.
Because every invitation is individually created for your event, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after production has commenced or once your invitation has been completed.
If your invitation is not as described, or there is an issue we are unable to resolve, we will work with you in good faith and may provide a full or partial refund where appropriate. Any invitation webpages, download links or digital access associated with the refunded order will be deactivated.
CANVA INVITATION TEMPLATES
Canva invitation templates are digital products delivered electronically via an access link.
By purchasing a Canva template, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon access being provided. Where permitted under applicable consumer law, the right to cancel or withdraw may no longer apply once access has been supplied.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Motion Stamp invitations are designed to be viewed on modern phones, tablets and computers. While we are happy to assist with issues directly related to our products, we cannot provide technical support for individual guest devices, internet connections, browser settings or third-party applications.
All custom invitation orders include one round of revisions to ensure your invitation is delivered as expected.
