CUSTOM INVITATIONS & RSVP WEBPAGES
Motion Stamp invitations and RSVP webpages are custom-made digital products created specifically for your event. 

Because each invitation is personalised, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once work has commenced or the invitation has been completed.

If your invitation is not as described, or there is an issue we are unable to resolve, we will work with you in good faith and may provide a full refund where appropriate. Any invitation webpage or download links will be deactivated upon refund.

CANVA CATALOGUE
Canva invitation templates are digital products delivered through an access link. Once the link has been provided, the purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience an issue accessing your template, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Motion Stamp invitations are designed to be viewed on modern phones, tablets and computers. While we are happy to assist with issues directly related to our products, we cannot provide technical support for individual guest devices, internet connections, browser settings or third-party applications.

We include one round of revisions with all custom invitation orders to ensure your invitation is delivered as expected.
