Refund policy

MAIN CATALOGUE
This is a made to order digital product. If the order has already been completed, we are unable to offer a 'change of mind' refund. 

However, should there ever be a concern with your invitation, specifically if the product is 'not as described' and we are unable to resolve this for you, then we will process a complete refund and will advise you when this has been initiated. The invitation link will also be removed. We will always attempt to address anything within our control in the first instance and would work with you in good faith. 

CANVA CATALOGUE 
Canva Invitation Template links are unable to be returned or refunded. They are an access link to a download. Once the link is activated it cannot be reversed. Again, please contact us if you have concerns with the product and we will resolve this with you. 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Please note, we are unable to assist you with specific technical support for your guests viewing platform either phone, tablet or computer. They would need to contact support services for their specific device. We are not responsible for any issues pertaining to internet quality or hardware issues.
